DESCRIPTION
If "Ask for Confirmation on shutdown, restart, and logout" is not checked,
plasma desktop is never started and only black screen is displayed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Uncheck "Ask for Confirmation on shutdown, restart, and logout"
2. Log out of plasma desktop.
