DESCRIPTION
Any bargain-bin router off Temu/Wish can have ranges specified when making
firewall rules, so it's baffling Plasma doesn't allow this on a pc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Find Firewall in Plasma Settings
2. Try to specify a port or ip range
3. Failure
OBSERVED RESULT
Missing extremely basic feature.
EXPECTED RESULT
D-Link(etc offered this when B/G was peak WiFi technology.
