DESCRIPTION
When I hover the cursor over the top row of the desktop icons, they only get
highlighted after hovering on half of the icon and not all of it.
I'll attach a video of this issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover the cursor over the top raw of the desktop icons

OBSERVED RESULT
Those icons on the top row only get highlighted after hovering on half of the
icon
EXPECTED RESULT
they get highlighted by hovering the cursor on any point of the icon
