DESCRIPTION
Since KDE Connect 1.35.8, notification aren't sync if screen is locked. When
screen is unlocked, all works fine. All battery optimisations are disabled, and
all works fine with previous KDE Connect version.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Up date to KDE Connect 1.35.x (1.35.8 here)
2. Connect Android app to another app (e.g. Windows app)
3. Lock screen
4. Receive a notification
5. Now unlock the screen
6. Receive another notification
OBSERVED RESULT
Only notification received with screen unlock is sync with Windows app
EXPECTED RESULT
All notification should be synced, even if screen is locked, like previous
version
