STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Start a rubberband selection or start a double-click through a tooltip on the
desktop.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltips will physically interfere on both actions because they're
tangible/solid objects.
EXPECTED RESULT
Since making them intangible/non-interactable would require QT to fix it (no
activity in QTBUG-134224 )
I'm requesting so KDE would make tooltips disappear the moment the cursor
starts hovering over them.
