This also happens for me on a Linux host whenever I try to merge files with DOS
encoding. The output line end style is always set to Unix by default, despite
the fact that all the input files use DOS line end style. (I've unintentionally
switched EOL encodings during more than one merge because of this.) I think
Kdiff3 should try to respect the line end style of the input files when
selecting the output line end style to use, or leave it undetermined if the
styles of the inputs conflict.
