"Status and Notifications" with more empty space than useful space
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "Show hidden icons" on the system tray
OBSERVED RESULT
The Status and Notifications popup has a considerable amount of dead space that
cannot be removed by dragging its vertical boundary.
EXPECTED RESULT
A smaller minimum and default height for the popup.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Arch Linux
