DESCRIPTION
The KAppTemplate description[1] and documentation say it has templates for a
number of things, including Python, Ruby, and PHP -- these appear to have been
removed from the git around 2015. Currently there are only two templates, both
for C++
A related documentation issue, this page[2] mentions templates being available
at store.kde.org, but that site seems to have no category, and no items that
come up when searching for "templates" or "app templates"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Saw documentation when installing from Fedora Discover
2. Confirmed documentation on offical KDE site
3. Checked the source GIT that the files are in-fact not a part of the
repository
