DESCRIPTION
When taking a region screenshot and then clicking "Annotate", the QR code
scanner should run and detect a barcode.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a region screenshot of something containing a barcode
(Meta+Shift+PtrScr)
2. Click "Annotate" in the resulting save notification
OBSERVED RESULT
Spectacle opens but does not notify of a QR code
EXPECTED RESULT
Spectacle opens and tells me that there is a QR code
