DESCRIPTION
When placing a System Monitor widget with the "Horizontal Bars" display style
in a vertical panel,
the compactrepresentation shows large empty margins above and below the bar
group, and wide gaps between individual bars.
This was not the case in Plasma 5.27.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a vertical panel to the desktop.
2. Add a System Monitor widget to that panel.
3. Set Display Style to Horizontal Bars.
OBSERVED RESULT
Large empty margin above and below the bar group (see screenshot.png)
EXPECTED RESULT
Margin above/below the group: ~0 px
This was the behavior in Plasma 5.27 (see screenshot.png)
