STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure the setting View -> Details -> Open files and folders is set to
"By clicking anywhere on the row"
2. In the details view, drag a file onto a folder's row (but not its icon or
name)
OBSERVED RESULT
A dialog opens as if for dragging the file onto empty space.
EXPECTED RESULT
For the dialog for moving/copying the file into the folder to open.
