STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any HTTP URL that references e.g. a PDF or media file by e.g. clicking
on a link in an application
OBSERVED RESULT
link opens in browser regardless of MIME type referenced by the URL
EXPECTED RESULT
link gets handled according to MIME based association, if no valid match found
fallback to browser
