We should not lose people's favorites in this case (and we currently do lose their order, which is a bug we're trying to fix, and may not immediately display them correctly, which should be fixed in 6.7). I'm also really unsure if this is behavior we want in the first place - whether the app was favorited is user state, and while it might seem reasonable that the app being uninstalled means the user does not want it favorited anymore, I'm not sure that's always the case, and we should err on the side of not losing user data. If we do want this, we should probably have Discover unfavorite them on explicit user-initiated uninstallation.
