This is not a good idea generally, as updates to apps may on some package
managers be registered as the app being uninstalled, then reinstalled. We
should not lose people's favorites in this case (and we currently do lose their
order, which is a bug we're trying to fix, and may not immediately display them
correctly, which should be fixed in 6.7).

I'm also really unsure if this is behavior we want in the first place - whether
the app was favorited is user state, and while it might seem reasonable that
the app being uninstalled means the user does not want it favorited anymore,
I'm not sure that's always the case, and we should err on the side of not
losing user data.

If we do want this, we should probably have Discover unfavorite them on
explicit user-initiated uninstallation. That would not handle uninstalling them
through other means though (such as steam or CLI package managers).
