Nate Graham <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] Resolution|--- |INTENTIONAL Status|CONFIRMED |RESOLVED --- Comment #7 from Nate Graham <[email protected]> --- > I am extremely confident this will annoy a lot of users. Same. If you don't want to accidentally put the computer to sleep, don't search for "sleep" and press Enter. If this is something you've acquired a habit of doing from the Windows days, you'll unexpectedly cause this to happen once and then learn to change your habit — ideally finding the "manually block sleep and screen locking" switch in the Power & Battery widget, which is a single click away and can even be configured to open with a keyboard shortcut. This is a way better UX than what you have to do on Windows. …Unless you're extremely stubborn, in which case there's nothing KDE can do for you. :) I also watch those LTT videos and am interested in mining them for actionable UX improvements, but I don't think this is one of them. We can't be a 100% Windows clone. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
