DESCRIPTION
The hytale launcher already has CSDs but KWin still applies the SSDs on top of
them, but on x11 it do0esn't so on x11 it has the correct behavior, meanwhile
on wayland it adds the SSDs on top of the CSDs
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the Hytale Launcher

OBSERVED RESULT
KWin adds the SSDs on top of it's CSDs
EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't add SSDs since the app already has CSDs
