Windows 10 Traditional Chinese Krita Font List

This is the font list on Traditional Chinese Windows 10.
Windows 11 (Traditional Chinese) is identical.

The default Traditional Chinese UI font is:
Microsoft JhengHei UI

Krita fails to list Microsoft JhengHei UI correctly on Traditional Chinese
Windows -- same bug as in Simplified Chinese.

Both locales use default fonts with localized display names (I highlighted them
in the screenshot):
Simplified Chinese: Microsoft YaHei → 微软雅黑
Traditional Chinese: Microsoft JhengHei → 微軟正黑體

Microsoft YaHei UI and Microsoft JhengHei UI are installed in
`C:\Windows\Fonts`.
YaHei/YaHei UI and JhengHei/JhengHei UI each share a single TTC file.

Yet Qt6-based Krita cannot detect the system’s default “XXXHei UI” font.
E.g., on Traditional Chinese Windows, it lists Microsoft YaHei UI but *not*
Microsoft JhengHei UI.

Japanese Windows is unaffected -- likely because its default fonts (Yu Gothic /
Yu Gothic UI) have no localized names.

This appears to be a Qt6 font-detection bug.
