DESCRIPTION
Since installing Union with the Plasma 6.7 update, the section highlighting on
mouse hover or click is no longer visible.
This happens in Settings as well as the application launcher,
- spectacle : the highlighting hold permanently on screenshot even if you clic
on screenrecord
I have a screenshot to illustrate the bug with Setting app.

OBSERVED RESULT
mouse highlighting is gone for some plasma apps

restore the behavior prior to update 6.7
