DESCRIPTION
When powering on either of my two monitors after upgrading to plasma 6.7 I
observe the following errors in the system journal:

Jun 18 09:40:06 redwood plasmashell[3283]: requesting unexisting screen
available rect -1
Jun 18 09:40:06 redwood systemd[2841]: Started
dbus-:[email protected].
Jun 18 09:40:06 redwood kwin_wayland[3110]: KWin::InputPanelV1Window doesn't
support setting maximized state
Jun 18 09:40:06 redwood kwin_wayland[3110]: KWin::InputPanelV1Window doesn't
support setting fullscreen state
Jun 18 09:40:06 redwood plasmashell[3283]: Final member StackingOrder is
overridden in class QQmlDMAbstractItemModelData. The override won't be used.
Jun 18 09:40:06 redwood plasmashell[3283]: Final member StackingOrder is
overridden in class QQmlDMAbstractItemModelData. The override won't be used.
Jun 18 09:40:06 redwood plasmashell[3283]: Final member StackingOrder is

These errors did not appear in the previous version of Plasma.  

Also, there is a brief popup notification from KDED stating
Display Removed
A Display has been disconnected.

Monitors work fine and there is no evidence of a crash of plasmashell or any
other process.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a konsole window and run the command "journalctl -f" to tail the
journal 
2. Power off monitor.
3. Power monitor back on
4.  Go to konsole window opened in step 1 and observe log records

OBSERVED RESULT
The error messages above will appear in the journal and the KDED popup will
appear for a few seconds

EXPECTED RESULT
No errors in the journal and no KDED popup
