having massive GPU spikes while zooming with sharper upscale filter/shader ON
in settings (verified to be the cause)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable the sharper zoom option (upscaler)
2. zoom
3. notice how your GPU works more than normally
OBSERVED RESULT
big GPU spikes
EXPECTED RESULT
less GPU spikes (I KNOW my GP is really old but i was wondering if
optimizations couldn't be done)

as said earlier i know my GPU is bad and old but i was wondering if things
could be done for better performances while having this sharper shader
