DESCRIPTION
If I have an icon theme like oxygen enabled, I'm unable to check icons that do
not belong to that theme. It should be possible to search and view other theme
icons. It is pretty annoying that I can't try to search the missing icons by
name to help the icon theme maintainer find any needed icons
