The screenshot displays the fake titlebar after changing the window decoration
theme.
After changing the Window Decoration theme in System Settings, a secondary
"fake" title bar artifact appears at the top of the screen. This phantom title
bar is completely non-interactive. Restarting `plasmashell` does not remove it;
the only way to clear the artifact is to completely log out and log back in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open System Settings -> Window Decorations.
Select a different window decoration theme (e.g., changing to or from
Gently-Dark-Aurorae).
Click "Apply".
Observe the top of the screen.
