DESCRIPTION
After recent update to 6.7.0, after dark theme switch happens in the evening,
it stays on in the morning on fresh boot and stays there. Restarting plasma
with `killall plasmashell; kstart plasmashell` restores it to light theme right
away.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Day/Night cycle
2. Wait until dark mode enabled
3. Shutdown machine
4. Wait until light mode activation time reached
5. Turn on PC and login into plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma is still in Dark mode
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma should either login or right away switch to light mode
