Renaming the file again in Dolphin causes it to reappear. Then if renamed yet again it'll disappear (regardless of it being done on the desktop itself or in Dolphin), back and forth, back and forth. I can also confirm that if there are two or more files on the desktop it doesn't occur; it's only an issue with one file. I only have one activity set, never made another, and the bug still occurs for me.
