DESCRIPTION
Plasma Keyboard enabled for Virtual Keyboards causes double press shortcuts to
trigger even with other characters in between
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a JetBrains IDE like Intellij Community Edition or PyCharm Community
Edition
2. Open a file in the text editor
3. Try to type something in Pascal case like "GameSettings" (use something with
fewer characters between the capital letters if this particular string takes
you long enough to type that the shift presses are not within the IDE's double
press timeout)
OBSERVED RESULT
"GameS" is entered into the text file and Search Everywhere is launched in the
IDE due to it's Shift+Shift shortcut being pressed.
EXPECTED RESULT
"GameSettings" is entered into the text file and Search Everywhere does NOT
launch.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Choosing "None" in Virtual Keyboards makes the repro steps work as expected.
