To clarify my setup: XMODIFIERS=@im=none and no input method daemon is running. Firefox and Thunderbird handle dead keys correctly in the same session without any IM, so the regression seems specific to how kwin 6.7.0 forwards key events to LibreOffice's VCL kf6 backend.
