Dead keys now work correctly in LibreOffice with the default kf6 VCL backend. For other Fedora users hitting this bug: Fedora enables plasma-keyboard by default, which interferes with dead key composition in LibreOffice's kf6 VCL backend since kwin 6.7.0.
