Then running "startplasma-wayland" or "kwin_wayland -- plasmashell" in that circumstance fails. By contrast, I could start the environments "GNOME" (which even uses Wayland), "Cinnamon", "Plasma (X11)", and "GNOME Classic" without problems after logging on from GNOME login manager. Moreover, when running a terminal emulator from the "Cinnamon" environment (but not from "Plasma (X11)"), "startplasma-wayland" succeeds, at least sometimes. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
