DESCRIPTION
After upgrading to 6.7.0, I found myself in front of a non-working system.
After showing the splash screen and before showing the SDDM login screen the
screen remained black. I managed to boot the system with `nomodeset` option and
after resetting SDDM to default setting, I managed to also get a login screen,
but I went into the same issue as I tried to log in.

I removed `~/.config/kwinoutputconfig.json` and tried again and this time it
worked. After reconfiguring my display settings I ran into the same issue again
and I narrowed it down to enabling HDR (which was enabled and working before
upgrading).

I'm on Wayland using amdgpu on an Asus Vivobook S M3502QA laptop. This is what
I found relevant from journalctl:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Display Configuration enable HDR
2. Apply the settings - this actually works and enables HDR
3. Reboot the system

OBSERVED RESULT
After inserting the password in SDDM, the screen stays black (actually there's
a short red flash in the upper of the screen, probably an artifact)

EXPECTED RESULT
The system should work with HDR enabled
