Correct xattr tags

Tags folders displayed Places is the default apparently in Bazzite (yes)

Happens as soon as you open any Dolphin, it lags, freezes up for 10-30s, CPU
spikes to 10% in System Manager (have 5950X CPU, using about 2 cores), and then
finally it loads. You can see it frozen with everything BUT the TAGS panel
showing, and then when the CPU drops the window unfreezes and the TAGS panel
appears.

Under System Settings --> File Search I have the Locations set to Index (File
names and contents) and the folder that the tagged images are in is in the list
(it's just the default Pictures folder).
