DESCRIPTION
The Global Theme settings doesn't highlight what has been changed even if the
sidebar shows a dot.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change Global Theme selection
OBSERVED RESULT
No highlight
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a highlight on the changed setting
