DESCRIPTION
Feature Request: Add Turkish dotless "ı" / "İ" to the press and hold
alternative characters (virtual keyboard) menu for "i" / "I".
With the new press and hold alternative character feature introduced in Plasma
6.7(as a part of virtual keyboard), holding down the "i" key populates standard
Western European accented variants (í, ì, î, ï). However, it is currently
missing the Turkish dotless "ı" and the uppercase "İ" when holding Shift + I.
This minor improvement will make the KDE experience much more convenient and
smooth for Turkish users.
Furthermore, I believe this change can lower the barrier to entry of Linux for
many Turkish people. Using Turkish keyboard layouts with non Turkish QWERTY
keyboards is currently a major point of pain and frustration for the community.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Virtual keyboard in Plasma 6.7
2.Press and hold the i key
3.Turkish dotless i ("ı") is not one of the options
