In System Settings > Keyboard > On-Screen Keyboard, ensure that Türkçe is one
of the enabled languages; this will enable additional diacritics relevant to
Turkish.

I believe we already have the dotless i, but perhaps not the upper-case dotted
I. Can you confirm?
