The GPU games use and the render nodes KWin opens are pretty much completely
unrelated to each other. KWin can't force games to (not) use specific GPUs.

You can use the MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT env var to force games to run on specific
GPUs. That should work on any Vulkan app, with any GPU vendor (as long as you
have Mesa installed ofc).
