DESCRIPTION
As the title says. After the update, Wifi & Networking section of System
Settings forgot all Wifi passwords, the and "last used" part is "Never" for
Wifis I use daily.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not sure, maybe
1. Install and older KDE Neon version
2. Add a few wifi passwords
3. Update it to 6.7.0
4. Profit
