active window is not resized back to full screen

  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
When I open Desktop version of System Settings from Bigscreen version of it and
focus on the Search text field, the on-screen keyboard will pop up, as usual.
Dismissing it does resize the window back as usual.

However, when I try to change focus back to Quick Settings item with arrow keys
(from KDE Connect Bigscreen input), the active window resizes to the size of
screen minus the size of the on-screen keyboard, but it's not visible at this
point, effectively making a gap where previous window is visible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable on-screen keyboard.
2. Open Bigscreen version of System Settings.
3. Select Desktop Settings and open it.
4. Move focus to search text field with up arrow key to show the on-screen
keyboard.
5. Dismiss on-screen keyboard.
6. Move focus from search text field to Quick Settings item by navigating with
down arrow key to encounter the issue.

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop System Settings window resizes to a size of the screen minus the size
of the on-screen keyboard.

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop System Settings window size stays the same.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
