DESCRIPTION
This is a minor nitpick. Depending on if you open panel configuration first or
enter edit mode and then open panel configuration, it presents you with either
"Close" or "Exit edit mode". For consistency it should always show "Close".
"Exit edit mode" is always available in the edit bar.
