Not that I know of. In an ideal world, we'd be able to create a Vulkan physical
device just with the drm node, instead of having to list stuff, but in an ideal
world, the drivers also just wouldn't keep any fds open after listing
devices...
This was recently fixed for radv with
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/41824 and you can ask
Nvidia to replicate that at
https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/c/gpu-graphics/linux
