DESCRIPTION
In Plasma 6.7.0 and 6.7.1, the "General Behavior" page of System Settings would
show incomplete contents. Items under "Scrolling", "Drag and Drop" and "Touch"
would disappear.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > General Behavior

1. `systemsettings kcm_workspace`

Page incomplete, items not showing.
