Since 6.7 including 6.7.1 address completion is broken.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In kmail click on New message
2. Start typing a commonly used address
OBSERVED RESULT
No suggestions appear
EXPECTED RESULT
Suggestions matching input should appear.
