If so, let's continue here. If not, please open a new bug report for the issue, since it will likely have a different root cause. Regardless, tour system looks heavily customized. This can be a source of bugs. I would recommend first creating a new clean user account on the same system and seeing if that works. If it also shows the bug, I would recommend booting from a live session of Fedora KDE 44 and seeing if that works.
