playbar fullscreen doesnt show play position in hover unless it has focus.
DESCRIPTION
When using mulitple monitors, on which on one Haruna is fullscreen, hovering
over it, the playbar only shows position when Haruna is focussed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use two monitors uncloned.
2. fullscreen haruna
3. focus on another program
4. Hover over the playbar on the other screen, note the missing position bar
5. click somewhere where haruna gets focus, note the existence of the position
bar
OBSERVED RESULT
missing playbackposition bar when hovered over without focus
EXPECTED RESULT
no missing playbackposition bar when hovered over without focus.
