Note that I don't have Firefox installed with Flatpak. It's installed from the
Arch repos. The only permission I see there for system-wide installations are
"Take screenshots" and "Remote control". I only have one app installed with
Flatpak (BambuStudio) that does correctly expose camera access, location
accuracy and set desktop and lock screen background.

But the issue I described above has nothing to do with Flatpak, it's a portal
permission that is (I think) only exposed via CLI, and not in the system
settings at the moment.
