1. Run on system with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 (e.g. Framework Laptop 13 Pro)
or force intel xe driver to load

OBSERVED RESULT
- System Monitor shows GPU but always shows 0% usage

- System Monitor shows GPU with some percent of usage
