Video of the bug on two devices.

DESCRIPTION

Using a keyboard-less touchscreen device, if you lock the desktop, touching the
screen will make the password window appear and fade away on release, the
password window stays on screen only if you happen you touch right where the
password textbox is.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the screen on a touch device that does not have a keyboard
2. Tap the screen once

OBSERVED RESULT

Password box stays on only if you hold your finger on the screen or click on
the password box's position.

EXPECTED RESULT

The log-in screen should stay on when the screen is touched (just like the
plasma login manager)

On the EliteBook it happens only when it's in tablet mode, as in with the
keyboard fully flipped backwards.
