Partially transparent issue
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go fullscreen on a window that's playing audio.
2. Exit fullscreen and look at the audio button on the app's icon.
OBSERVED RESULT
It's not there, and it fades in after a bit.
EXPECTED RESULT
The audio button should always be there if there's audio, including fullscreen
apps' audio.
