This is disabled compositor. It need to be disabled at X session start to bug to appear. Enabling and then disabling compositor fix this problem to current running X session. But running another one make this bug appear again. So updated steps to reproduce be: 1. Set style to Oxygen 2. Disable Compositor 3.
