DESCRIPTION
I was trying to make the text of time and date bigger, but not matter how much
I tried increasing the panel width or increasing the font size in the settings
nothing worked and the text remained tiny.
Until I changed "Time Display" to "24-Hour", suddenly the text got bigger.
It seems "12-Hour" and "region defaults" options on "Time Display" are broken,
because using "24-Hour" option the setting to manually change font and size
affects the text as it should.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right Click on Digital Clock
2. Click Configure Digital Clock
3. Try change "Text Display" settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Time and Date size in the panel remain tiny when you increase font size.
EXPECTED RESULT
The text change in side as you change the settings.
