DESCRIPTION Cannot do a system upgrade using Discover. Failed dependency
resolution.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Click on "update all"

OBSERVED RESULT

</html>
EXPECTED RESULT
A normal upgrade.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE neon User Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.25.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. There are several "dependency resolution" bugs
already submitted. Most state a status of "resolved". But that does not help
me -- I cannot do the upgrade.
