DESCRIPTION
**On Windows**, with the option 'Show on startup' set to 'Folders, tabs, and
window state from last time' selected, none of the folders, tabs, or window
state are restored after launching Dolphin again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
A. Preparations
1. Launch Dolphin.
2. Press hotkey 'Ctrl + Shift + ,' to open the Dolphin configuration menu.
3. Next to 'Show on startup', select 'Folders, tabs, and window state from last
time'.
4. Close the configuration window by clicking 'OK'.
5. Close Dolphin, for good measure.
B. Actual steps to reproduce
1. Launch Dolphin.
2. Navigate to the folder `C:/Program Files/`.
3. Open a second tab ('Ctrl + T').
4. In this second tab, navigate to the folder `C:/Program Files (x86)/`.
5. Close Dolphin by clicking the 'X' in the top-right corner.
6. Launch Dolphin.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin launches with a single tab at `C:/Users/FlorineDekker/` (my home
folder).
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin launches with two tabs, one at `C:/Program Files/` and one at
`C:/Program Files (x86)/`.
