The "Open Terminal Here" when Konsole sets as the default terminal
DESCRIPTION
The "Open Terminal Here" action has no icon when the default terminal is not
Konsole. But when i set it back to Konsole it appears normally.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set other terminal as the default terminal instead of Konsole in System
Settings. in my case Ghostty.
2. Open Dolphin file manager and then right click.
3. Select the "Action" option.
4. You get a "Open Terminal Here" option with no icon.
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Open Terminal Here" option has no icon beside it
EXPECTED RESULT
The "Open Terminal Here" option has the correct terminal icon beside it
